I used the services of Affordable Plumbing & Heating for plumbing services. I last used them in January 2010. All of our valves were 50 years old. They put new valves in all zones of the house. They are unbelievable. They are very professional. They clean up after the job is done. They are very nice. They stand by what they do.

I am writing to thank you and the Affordable team for a fabulous job installing my new Fujitsu ductless mini-split air conditioning system. Gene, Joshua and Jeremy were completely professional and efficient getting the units installed without damage to anything in my home—or themselves—even though much of the work had to be completed on very high ladders. And even though they had to go in and out repeatedly, they were very conscientious about making sure doors were shut against curious cats who could have wandered outside where they’re not allowed to go!I love having the air conditioning, and I’m thrilled to have discovered the wonderful, and truly affordable, work done by Affordable.

General Manager-Leigh Mackenzie and his staff at Affordable Plumbing and Heat are the best in the business! I've had them install a water heater, a furnace, an air conditioner and a wi-fi enabled smart thermostat. They've always been on time, on call, polite and professional...what more could you ask for? Of course they've been voted "Best in the Springs" - because they are!

I called Affordable Plumbing and they said they'd have someone out in a couple of hours if not sooner. "If not sooner" meant 30 minutes. Delbert came and accessed the situation. He was knowledgeable and very courteous. After diagnosing the problem he didn't try to push any services on me or try to sell me anything; just matter of factly gave me some options.
I was impressed, and I will call them again for future plumbing needs.

Just bought a condo. Needed water line to refrigerator checked. Needed 25-year-old furnace checked/serviced. Needed washer and drier hooked-up and checked. Needed water heater vent secured and an elbow brought up to code. Two servicemen came, a heating and air specialist and a plumber. Both were courteous and professional. Both imparted knowledge above/beyond what was necessary or expected. I will make this firm my HVAC and plumber for the future

Fixed a broken water pipe and checked furnace to make sure flooding in the basement did not hurt it. During freezing weather in January, a pipe to our sprinkler system broke outside a basement window and flooded the basement. Called them and they came right out. Delbert made sure water was shut off to basement and furnace was not affected. Gave advice to us and everything worked out great. Would definitely use again.
