Have your furnace and other fuel burning appliances tested and inspected by a qualified professional once a year or before each heating season. Each manufacturer’s measurable standards may be found in the unit’s instructions.

Efficiency and Safety Agreement (ESA)

Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone check all of your heating and/or air conditioning needs? We will check and advise the customer of any needed repairs and help prevent breakdowns. No repair will be made without the customer's written approval. That is just what your Efficiency and Safety Agreement is designed to do. If an unexpected problem were to come up during the year you will receive priority service as a ESA customer. You will also receive our preferred customer discount on all labor and materials necessary to make the repair. And by the way, don’t worry about scheduling. We will call you each year to schedule a convenient time that works with YOUR busy schedule.

 

·         Check all wiring & connections and tighten if necessary

·         Check heat exchanger & burner operation

·         Check flue draft

·         Check gas valve operation

·         Check ignition control

·         Check fan blower & belts

·         Check safety controls

·         Check Contactor & relays

·         Check operation temperatures & pressures

·         Inspect & clean condenser coil

·         Inspect condensate drain

·         Check thermostat operation

·         Replace standard filters

·         Clean evaporator coil if necessary

·         Provide a list of recommendations if necessary

 

It is recommended by all manufactures to have yearly preventive maintenance on your heating and/or cooling equipment, one for the heating system, one for the cooling system. The benefit to you as the consumer is it prolongs equipment life, it can reduce the extent or frequency of failures and saves on fuel costs and meets the manufacturers warranty requirements. The agreement also gives you priority service over the non-agreement customer. The above work will be completed on the equipment listed if applicable. Give yourself a peace of mind knowing your system is operating safely and efficiently.

 

The total investment price for a heating or air conditioning system ESA is $90.00* for Furnace and $125.00* for A/C.
